My Game Plan (Welcome Kit)
This printed gamification experience welcomes patients to their first month of treatment with all the tools they need to stick to the script. Each week has a different target goal along with daily scratch off challenges and trivia to help patients build better habits and remind them to adhere to treatment.

Patient Adherence Journal
First, the patients are asked to set a personal goal for themselves and then they get to scratch off a new challenge or trivia each day. This method keeps them intrigued to come back each day to reveal a new challenge while also reminding them to stay on track with taking their medication.
Caregiver Experience
Every champ needs a teammate to help them achieve their goals. We bring the caregiver into the game with their very own scratch-off experience. Caregivers get the same tasks and trivia each day but there’s a catch! Only the patient has the trivia answers. This encourages the caregiver to communicate with the patient daily so they can help them adhere to VYNDAMAX.
